Terry Alexander is currently a Safety/EMS Manager for Weyerhaeuser's Western Timberlands Operations. He has worked 29 years in the forest industry in both the south and northwest. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry from the University of Arkansas - Monticello, and was appointed to the Governor's Health and Safety Advisory Board in 2008. |
Ward Andrews
Safety Director, Wilson Construction Company
A safety professional with Wilson
Construction Company since 1992, Mr. Andrews previously spent twelve
years as a journeyman lineman constructing electrical distribution
and transmission lines. Mr. Andrew's extensive credentials include
safety instructor and "train the trainer" ratings. In
addition to his work at Wilson, Mr. Andrews serves as an instructor
for the industry apprenticeship program as well as represents the
industry on boards and commissions throughout the Wes tern United
States. |

Mr. Armstrong has held safety and environmental management positions in Boeing Integrated Defense Systems since 1992 and is currently the EHS program manager for Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Alteon flight training business unit. Mr. Armstrong has been member of the Governor's Industrial Safety and Health Advisory Board since 2007 and served on the Board's Aerospace Panel prior to becoming a Board member.

Stephanie Arnold is the Safety, Health and
Security Manager for U.S. Oil & Refining Co. located in Tacoma,
WA. In her position, she is responsible for all areas of health,
safety and security including Process Safety Management. Stephanie
is a chartered chemical engineer with 10+ years experience working
in the petrochemical industry. She has previously worked in
England as a process, safety and environmental engineer. She
was appointed to the Governorɮdustrial Safety & Health
Advisory Board in 2009.

Mr. Buman has 15 years field experience in
construction with a focus on underground utilities, hazardous waste
remediation, demolition and held a license as an Underground
Storage Tank Decommissioner. Since 2000, he has been with the
Laborers International Union as a a coordinator of safety,
marketing, and training for nine northwest states. He attended Loras
College in Dubuque, IA where he also held a license as an Emergency
Medial Technician and CPR Instructor.

American Industrial Hygiene Association
Ms. Carter has previous experience in
coordinating the Industrial Hygiene activities for the Mechanical
Engineering Division of Exxon Company, USA, Baton Rouge, LA. She is
also a member of the AIHA since 1990 and served in several positions
with the Publications committee from 2000-2003. She was also a
member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial
Hygienists from 1989-2004, and has been a certified Industrial
Hygienist since 1994. |
Rick Case

Mr. Case has worked in Security Management since
1986. He is experienced in working with security and employee
accident investigations, safety regulatory compliance and in
emergency management, in both federal and state. Mr. Case is the
2001 Lew Brown award recipient for safety achievements. Mr. Case
also served as a reserve police officer for the City of Mill Creek
WA, for several years, Boy Scouts of America Leadership and in the
United States Marine Corps. |

Mr. Clouatre is the safety director for an underground construction and tunneling company. He formerly worked as a consultant and trainer with an industrial hygiene company and local safety council in Seattle. Before moving to Washington, he worked safety and rescue on the Alaska North Slope Oil Fields and taught rescue and emergency medical classes for the University of Alaska. He is a retired Air Force Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician. |

He has been employed as the safety director for John Korsmo Construction for the past 6 years. Mr. Hayfield has been in the Electric Utility Industry for 29
years and Safety and Health for the Electric and Gas Industry
since 1991. He worked as a High Voltage Safety Inspector for the WA
Dept. of Labor and Industries for 5 years. He is a member and
past-president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the American
Society of Safety Engineers, which covers the eastern counties of
WA. He has been involved in the Sheriffïmmunity
Orientated Policing Effort (SCOPE) in Spokane. SCOPE is

He has worked in the Maritime, Shipbuilding, Foundry and Paper industries, with his early beginnings in the United Paper workers Union and Boiler Makers Union to most recently position as the Director of Accident Prevention and Training at the PMA.
